Last weekend we went to Tombstone, AZ to attend Wyatt Earp Days. Although the name doesn’t indicate it, the event is a competition for Old West re-enactment groups.

The first picture is of a group performing on the streets of Tombstone. The second is of Dakota and Terry “Ike” Clanton setting up for a radio conversation.

We’ve gotten back to Cochise Terrace in Benson, Arizona and are almost caught up from being away on our cruise.
Things sure are quiet here. The same park that three months ago was bustling with activity is basically empty.

As you can see by the pictures, someone arriving today would have their pick of the park.

It sure makes it easy to get work done.

We’ve returned from our cruse and we sure enjoyed ourselves. Just to show you that this wasn’t an all play thing, here are a couple of pictures.
While docked in San Diego we tried looking up Wyatt Earp. Unfortunately, they said he wouldn’t be around until later in the evening.

The second is Dakota working on some new stories for the daily radio show.

We’re currently on a Princess Cruise. Originally it was to be along the west coast of Mexico. But because of that pig thing we’re traveling the coast of California. We’re stopping by Santa Barbara, San Diego and San Francisco.
Dakota actually likes the changes. He can stay in touch with the world via cell phone and Internet.
