This week’s show is highlighted by two conversations we had with entertainers at the Cochise Cowboy Poetry & Music Gathering. The entertainers were a great harmony group called the Daughters of the Purple Sage, and buckaroo Joe Eliot.

The second half of the show is a conversation with the caretaker of Mescal, an Old West movie set that’s associated with Tucson Old West Studios.

We have cowboy music from R. W. Hampton and T. J. Casey.
