JOSEPH MCCOY – A 19 year old from Illinois transforms the cattle industry and makes Chicago the meat packing capital of the United States.

MADAME MUSTACHE – Madame Mustache’s life was a series of ups and downs. Unfortunately, the downs caused her to take drastic actions.

THE MCCARTYS – Whether brother, brother-in-law or nephew, the McCartys keep their bank robbing in the family.

JAMES WHITE – History books say that John Wesley Powell was the first person to travel the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. But, according to James White, they’re wrong.

CALIFORNIA BECOMES A STATE – Money talks, or in this case, it’s gold. California becomes a state without first having to meet the requirements.

BILL GRISTY – A “low-IQ” ruffian who rats out fellow gang members finds the rewards aren’t that great.

THEODORE ROOSEVELT – On September 14, 1901, Roosevelt becomes President, and attributes it to his experience as a cowboy.

FIRST TRANSCONTINENTAL MAIL SERVICE – Anytime you think traveling in a car or airplane is difficult, just think about this story of traveling in a stagecoach.

BATTLE OF BEECHER’S ISLAND – The story of the first major conflict against Indians where the army had Spencer repeating rifles.

OLIVER PERRY – A most interesting story of a single man’s attempt to rob a train, and his trying to escape.

CHIEF JOSEPH DIES – Chief Joseph always tried to maintain peace. But he is known for his ability to be victorious against the army.

MCCARTY TURNS BAD – But for an overreaction to a minor crime, Henry McCarty may have grown up to be an upstanding citizen. (See Picture)

WILD BILL FIRED – Wild Bill Hickok’s predisposition to shoot first and ask questions later ended up in his loosing his job as county sheriff.

LEW WALLACE – As the governor of New Mexico at the time of the Lincoln County War he was ineffective because of a major distraction. You’ll learn what that was.
